DLA Piper advises SEB, Fairpoint Capital, Chalmers Ventures and the founders in connection with their sale of Metry AB to EVORA Global

Metry was founded in 2012 by Joel Torkelsson and Magnus Hornef. Metry empowers companies to develop and use energy-saving technologies and IoT solutions and contributing to real change for the environment. The acquirer, EVORA Global, provides climate solutions for real asset investors.

The DLA Piper team mainly consisted of Gabriel Liska, Mikael Moreira, Jacqueline Björklund, Thea Werr (Corporate), Karin Attorps, Andreas Lundqvist (Tax), Erik Brändt Öfverholm (Competition) and John Gallon, Ben Collins and Matthew Manwaring (DLA Piper UK).
