DLA Piper has advised Adway in this capital raising with a team consisting of Mathias Berggren, Jesper Lindbom and Nicole Cai.
Gothenburg-based Adway, a platform for marketing and recruitment through social media, raises close to SEK 110 million (EUR 10 million) through a targeted share issue.
The financing round, a so-called A-round, is led by British Octopus Ventures. Investing together with former partners, such as the Swedish venture capital companies Spintop Ventures and Brightly Ventures.
