Nicole Cai

Nicole focuses on representing both public and private companies in complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, investments, divestitures and company formations. Nicole also has experience of representing listed companies in various aspects of capital markets and securities law such as initial public offerings of shares, rights issues, shareholders’ meetings, public takeover offers and private placements.

Nicole also provides legal advice to private equity firms and companies ranging from multinational enterprises to emerging companies in connection with matters relating to equity fundraising, domestic and cross-border transactions and incentive programmes.
