DLA Piper has advised Confirmasoft AB in acquiring all shares in the Swedish company DataVara Produktion Göteborg AB and the Finnish Company SKJ Systems Ltd Oy

DLA Piper has advised Confirmasoft AB ("Confirma Software") in its acquisition of all shares in the Swedish company DataVara Produktion Göteborg AB and the Finnish Company SKJ Systems Ltd Oy. Confirma Software's strategy is to continue to grow in the Nordic market through the acquisition of Nordic software companies with established market positions, serving the Nordic SME-market or the public sector.

The majority investor in Confirma Software is Abry Partners, one of the most experienced and successful sector-focused private equity investment firms in North America. Since their founding in 1989, the firm has completed over $80 billion of leveraged transactions and other private equity or preferred equity placements. Currently, the firm manages over $5 billion in capital across their active funds.
