Advised Sportway AB, a Swedish company with a leading position within AI automated video and data production of sporting events, on the merger with its Norwegian equivalent MyGame Group AS, together forming the new parent company Sportway Media Group AB.

Advised Confirma Software, a vertical software platform based on consolidation of Nordic B2B companies, on several acquisitions of subsidiaries to the company group, including investments and reinvestments. The work included i.a. due diligence management, drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements, and related documentation. Confirma Software is owned by the American private equity fund Abry Partners.

Advised  GE Healthcare on the acquisition of Prismatic Sensors AB, a company specialized within the field of Photon-Counting Detectors.

Advised the sellers of Nordic Nest Group AB, a leading company within the field of online sales of interior design and home furnishing products with sales in 70 countries, which was acquired by BHG Group AB (publ). The project involved a number of different advisory teams as well as negotiation with several different bidders during the process. The work included i.a. leading the sell-side due diligence of the target company and coordinating the production of the vendor due diligence report, responsibility for administration and management of data room and materials, drafting and ongoing negotiation of confidentiality agreements, letters of intent, share transfer agreements, and other transaction-related documentation.

Advised Graphic Packaging, a leading vertically integrated provider of sustainable fiber-based consumer packaging solutions, in the $1.45 billion acquisition of AR Packaging Group AB from CVC Capital Partners Fund VI. AR Packaging is Europe's second largest producer of fiber-based consumer packaging. As part of the Swedish team, the work included leading the project and coordinating the due diligence which was carried out by local teams from offices in 15 countries worldwide.
