DLA Piper represents the sellers in the sale of Unomaly

DLA Piper has advised the seller's on Vista Equity Partners, through its portfolio company LogicMonitor, acquisition of Unomaly. Unomaly is an automated and machine learning based solution for the analysis and monitoring of IT systems. Among the sellers are EQT Ventures, Catea and the founders Johan Gustafsson and Göran Sandahl.
