Northvolt Ett Expansion AB, corp.reg. no. 559237-8078, was declared bankrupt by the Stockholm District Court on October 8, 2024. Attorney Jonas Premfors was assigned as bankruptcy trustee.    

Northvolt Ett Expansion AB is a company in the Northvolt Group. The company’s activities have been exclusively focused on the construction of an industrial facility located in Skellefteå. The company has not commenced any operational activities, and there are no employees within the company.
