DLA Piper's practice group for venture and growth had a record breaking 2022

DLA Piper Sweden's practice group for venture and growth advised clients on 62 equity financing rounds for a total of approximately EUR 2 billion during 2022.

The practice group saw a clear decline in activity for the second half of 2022. Investors are still investing however processes are slower and generally not as competitive as it has been the last year. The trend is that the market is continuing to move to a more investor friendly environment during 2023.
