DLA Piper has advised Verdane on its investment in Tom

DLA Piper has advised Verdane, a European growth investment firm focused on technology‑enabled and sustainable businesses, in connection with its investment in Tom – a digital platform connecting customers with verified skilled trade professionals in Sweden.

Tom operates platforms including Offerta and IPIS and aims to simplify and streamline the booking of home and installation services. Hellving Invest and Fortnox will retain ownership interests in Tom following the transaction.
