Joséphine Tessmar regularly represents Swedish and international borrowers, banks, debt funds and other finance providers as well as equity investors. She works mainly with leveraged- and acquisition finance, real estate finance and project finance (primarily wind). She also has experience of capital market transactions, such as bond issues.

In addition, Joséphine is very active in the Corporate team where she works regularly with M&A, investments and general corporate and commercial issues and in the Real Estate team where she works mainly with real estate M&A and real estate property-related investments/sales.
