DLA Piper advises AB MälarVerken

DLA Piper has advised AB MälarVerken in connection with the sale of all shares in Frohe AB och Frohe SP ZOO to IV Group AS.

The Frohe Group produces and sells injection moulded plastic products with focus on the medical sector and the industry.

The DLA Piper team mainly consisting of partner Petter Kjöllerström, together with Anders Svensson and Sara Latrach.
