Decoding the Impact of CFIUS, New Swedish Rules on Foreign Direct Investments, and Other Regulatory Requirements. This event will focus on the national security impacts on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and other investment practice in Sweden and the US, covering how Sweden has introduced new FDI notification requirements covering a wide range of transactions, and the latest CFIUS approaches to review and mitigation and the proposed US restrictions on outbound investment in China.
