In Denmark, the Danish Ministry of Employment has sent out a draft bill for the amendment of the Danish Act on Working Time which introduces a new obligation for employers to implement a working time registration system.

In Norway, legislative changes are coming into effect that entail an expansion of employer’s liability within corporate level, and will also have importance for the formal requirements in cases of terminations due to company-related circumstances.
