DLA Piper has advised Stillfront Group on a capital raise of SEK500 million

DLA Piper has advised Stillfront Group AB (publ), a global group of gaming studios and a market leader in the free-to-play online strategy games genre, on a directed share issue raising proceeds of approximately SEK500 million. The new issue was carried out as an accelerated book building and was directed to Swedish and international institutional investors. The interest in the share issue was strong and the share issue was oversubscribed shortly after the announcement. The purpose of the share issue is to provide Stillfront with additional equity capital in a quick and efficient manner in order to further strengthen Stillfront's future financial flexibility in line with Stillfront's communicated financial targets. The additional equity capital improves Stillfront's key performance indicators while enabling Stillfront to utilize on opportunities for continued profitable growth through acquisitions.

DLA Piper's team mainly comprised Peter Ihrfelt, Peder Grandinson, Anna Berntorp and Anna Johnsson. Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ) and Swedbank AB (publ) acted as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners.
