DLA Piper advises Graphic Packaging

DLA Piper advises Graphic Packaging, a leading vertically integrated provider of sustainable fiber-based consumer packaging solutions, in the $1.45 billion acquisition (subject to customary adjustments) of AR Packaging Group AB from CVC Capital Partners Fund VI.

AR Packaging is Europe's second largest producer of fiber-based consumer packaging, and the acquisition will further GPK’s goal of becoming the leading international provider of sustainable fiber-based consumer packaging solutions.

DLA Pipers' team was led by Partners David Mendelsohn (US) and Petter Kjöllerström (Sweden) with the core team being Martin Nyberg, Sara Latrach, Ebba Mohn and Anton Olenius, and with outstanding assistance from offices in 15 countries worldwide.
