DLA Piper has advised EQT Growth in connection with its investment in Lovable

DLA Piper has advised EQT Growth in connection with its investment in Lovable, a Swedish AI-company that is transforming app and web development through a platform that turns simple text prompts into complete, production-ready apps with deployable code. In connection with the investment round, Lovable raised approximately USD 330 million based on a company valuation corresponding to approximately USD 6.6 billion.
