David Johansson
David Johansson är DLA Piper Swedens Head of Insurance och arbetar främst med försäkringsfrågor och tvistelösning. Han biträder svenska och internationella klienter i kommersiella tvister inom ett flertal sektorer. Han har företrätt klienter i både ad hoc och institutionella skiljeförföranden, med fokus på skiljeförfaranden som administrerats av SCC. Utöver skiljeförfaranden har han representerat klienter inför samtliga instanser i de allmänna domstolarna, inklusive i Högsta domstolen.
David har hanterat ärenden inom ett flertal sektorer, med fokus på finansiella tjänster, energi samt entreprenad. Han lämnar också råd avseende försäkrings- och återförsäkringstvister. David är inriktad på skadeförsäkring samt har särskild erfarenhet av följande försäkringsformer: allmänt ansvar och produktansvar, avbrott, cyber, egendom, entreprenad, professionsansvar samt VD- och styrelseansvar.
David arbetar även med otvistiga försäkringsärenden, såsom biträde vid skadereglering, framtagande av försäkringsvillkor, anpassning av utländska försäkringsvillkor till den svenska marknaden samt rådgivning angående tillståndskrav för utländska försäkringsgivare.
David har under flera år i följd blivit rankad inom tvistelösning och försäkring av rankinginstitutet The Legal 500 (EMEA 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026), samt är även rekommenderad inom entreprenad av The Legal 500 (EMEA 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026).
