DLA Piper has advised PIHR - Performing Ideas HR AB ("PIHR") and its shareholders on the sale of all shares in PIHR to the private equity firm Monterro

PIHR was founded in 2012 by Magnus Drogell and Magnus Flink and is a fast-growing SaaS company that helps workplaces close the pay gap and achieve equal and fair wages through its software platform and advisory services. Monterro is a Sweden-based investment company with a focus on Nordic software companies.
