Juniper Networks signs a purchase agreement to acquire Netrounds

DLA Piper advises Fairpoint Capital, Swisscom Ventures, Digital Transformation Fund, Inlandsinnovation, Norrlandsfonden and the founders Mats Nordlund och Marcus Friman and other sellers in connection with their sale of Netrounds AB to Juniper Networks.

Netrounds, founded in Luleå in 2007, develops a SaaS-platform for analysis and surveillance of fixed and mobile networks. Juniper Networks, listed at the New York Stock Exchange, is a global leading company within hardware, software and services for fixed and mobile networks. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2020.

DLA Piper advised the sellers with a team mainly consisting of Mikael Moreira, Jesper Lindbom, Gabriel Liska, Elisabet Borg, Julia Dahl, Emanuel Bergqvist, Björn Rustare, Johan Sundberg, Erik Björkeson and Louise Vidlund, with support from colleagues at DLA Piper's Palo Alto office, including Curtis Mo, SeoJung Park, Mark H. Boxer and William H. Hoffman.
