Åke Larsson

Åke Larsson specialises in public procurement and foreign direct investment (FDI) control and is also active in the field of competition law. He received his Master of laws (LL.M) from Stockholm University in 2017 and also served as law clerk at Jönköping District Court.

Åke advises clients in all types of matters relating to public procurement, mainly focusing on assisting clients in review procedures in administrative court. Åke also advises clients on strategic issues relating to legal developments within the field of public procurement and questions relating to i.a. sustainable public procurement as well as regulations relating to national security concerns in public procurements. Åke also has experience of delivering lectures and other presentations in the field of public procurement.
