DLA Piper advises X Shore

DLA Piper has advised the electric boat manufacturer X Shore in connection with their capital raise of more than SEK 150 million. X Shore is valued at more than SEK 950 million post-money and will use the money raised to primarily further research and develop X Shore’s technology, open a second factory in Sweden and for expansion in the U.S. ABG Sundal Collier acted as sole global coordinator and bookrunner.  

We congratulate the management led by Jenny Keisu, Andreas Larsson, Oscar Fors and founder Konrad Bergström for the successful fundraise and for building an exciting company in the forefront of electrification and sustainability.
