DLA Piper advises EQT Foundation with several investments

DLA Piper is delighted to have been advising EQT Foundation with its impact investments, where the potential impact the investment can offer to society is of primary importance and consideration.

Investments have been made in among others companies taking up the challenge to combat the climate crisis such as Living Carbon, WA3RM, Patch and Made of Air, as well as companies such as Videm and Charly Technologies, focusing on the social aspects of sustainability. The leading factor for EQT Foundation's operations is to support impact companies that offer a positive impact to the climate and society. Holding around one percent of the shares in EQT AB and having a right to appoint a member of the nomination committee of EQT AB, it also acts as an eternal steward of the EQT culture and values.
