Charlotte Brunlid
Charlotte Brunlid leder DLA Pipers upphandlingsgrupp i Sverige samt är verksam inom kontroll av utländska direktinvesteringar (FDI). Charlotte biträder såväl leverantörer som upphandlande myndigheter och enheter vid offentlig upphandling. Charlotte bistår klienter vid upphandling i alla skeden omfattande strategiska frågor vid anbudsgivning, planering av upphandling, utformning av upphandlingsdokument och avtalsgranskning. Charlotte bistår även klienter vid överprövning. Därtill har Charlotte erfarenhet av och bistår klienter i förvaltningsrättsliga ärenden innefattande kommunalrätt samt offentlighet och sekretess.
Charlotte har också en unik erfarenhet inom försvars- och säkerhetsområdet och bistår klienter i ansökningsprocesser samt inom rådgivning inom försvarsområdet och försörjningsberedskap. Charlotte bistår även klienter i frågor om säkerhetsskydd.
Charlotte har en bred erfarenhet av offentlig upphandling i samtliga faser, både nationellt och internationellt. Charlotte har en bakgrund inom tillsyn över offentlig upphandling vid NOU och Konkurrensverket samt som affärsjurist vid FMV Juridiska stab. Charlottes erfarenhet omfattar samtliga delar av det upphandlingsrättsliga regelverket samt säkerhetsskydd och försvars- och säkerhetsområdet. Charlotte har också erfarenhet av kommunalrätt och lagstiftningsarbete från sitt arbete vid Kommunenheten på Finansdepartementet.
