Public Procurement - Nordic perspective: Pricing limits and the scope for changes in contracts 10.11.

During the event, we will cover topics such as:

• possibilities to limit the pricing by tenderers and set floor or ceiling prices by the procurement authorities; 
• challenges related to negative prices; and 
• scope for changes in contracts

The topics will mainly be discussed through legal practice in different Nordic countries. We have noticed that different issues have been raised and it is interesting to share the views of the courts in these countries as the procurement rules are being harmonised through the EU Directives. We want to give food for thought with regard to pricing, the possibilities to limit pricing in order to ensure fair competition and the limits within which existing contracts can be amended.
