DLA Piper has advised Ark Kapital on its EUR 165 million financing round

DLA Piper has advised fintech company Ark Kapital on its EUR 165 million financing round in equity and debt. Ark Kapital is a so called precision financing company that offers alternative funding options for technology companies to grow faster.

The equity funding was led by LocalGlobe, with participation from Creandum and angel investors including founders of iZettle, Supercell, King, and EQT Ventures.

The DLA Piper team which advised on the transaction included Mikael Moreira, Gabriel Liska, Jacqueline Björklund, Alf-Peter Svensson and Frida Nordström.
